What SimplePractice is good at
We're not here to trash a product that ships every month.
SimplePractice is a thoughtful, mature platform. The intake forms are clean. The patient portal works. The pricing is honest. For a solo therapist who just wants a calendar and a note template, it's genuinely fine.
We left because we wanted three things SimplePractice doesn't do today: an AI receptionist that answers the phone in our voice, an AI scribe that drafts the note from the session, and TMS workflows that aren't bolted on.
