We ran the clinic. We hated the software. So we wrote our own.

Most EMRs were designed for hospitals and bolted onto outpatient practices after the fact. They optimize for the billing department. They make the clinician click 14 times to start a note. They send the patient to a third-party portal that nobody can find their password to.

We tried five of them at RSLNT Wellness. Each one made our clinicians slower, our front desk angrier, and our patients wait longer. So we did something a normal clinic owner doesn't do — we built our own.

What we believe

Software in mental health should disappear into the work. The clinician should think about the patient, not the chart. The front desk should think about the patient, not the portal. The owner should think about the practice, not the EHR vendor invoice.

We believe AI should draft, never decide. We believe security is the floor, not the headline. We believe pricing should be simple — no per-feature paywall, no surprise modules, no setup tax to land your data.

Who we are

Heepsters Practice is a product of Heepsters Creative, a Provo-based studio that builds software, brand, and growth systems for mission-driven companies. RSLNT Wellness is the TMS and outpatient mental-health clinic where Heepsters Practice was born and is still battle-tested every day.

We're small on purpose. Every feature is reviewed by a working clinician before it ships. Every roadmap conversation starts with "does this help the next session?"

Where we're going

Heepsters Practice is in early access. The full platform — notes, telehealth, scheduling, billing, outcomes, TMS — runs RSLNT today and is opening to other practices as we onboard. We're intentionally taking on customers slowly so we can stay close to every one of them.
